I will be accepting donations with a convenient drive-by and drop off on the following dates/times:
Thurs Nov 16th & Fri Nov 17th
11am-Noon & 6-8pm each day
Location: 92 Dispatch Drive
WHAT IS NEEDED
Non perishable items including:
- Canned Goods
- Dry Pasta, Rice, or Stuffing
- Jarred Sauces and Soups
- Cereal and Juices
- Snacks and Treats
- Baby Food, Wipes, and Diapers
- Personal Hygiene Items
- Unopened Pet Food
WHO DOES IT BENEFIT
All donations will benefit the Fisherman's Mark Food Pantry in Lambertville.
ABOUT FISHERMAN'S MARK
Fisherman’s Mark has been a part of the river town communities for over 40 years. Their Food Pantry exists to eliminate barriers to obtaining healthy food such as income level or physical and mental health conditions. They offer a no-cost, friendly, store-like environment where individuals can select food and personal items for themselves and their families in need.
More, their comprehensive programs break the cycle of crisis and promote self-sufficiency and wellness. They respond to the needs of vulnerable populations in our area, assisting with any crisis that presents: homelessness, domestic violence, job-loss, insurance issues, financial or medical emergencies, substance abuse, and mental health issues as a partner to individuals and families as “help when help is needed”.
Last Year's Success
Through the generosity and caring of our Heritage Hills Community, last year's food drive was an overwhelming success. I collected more food than I could have imagined and put quite the smile on the faces of the volunteers at Fisherman's Mark when I pulled up with my truck filled to the brim.
